Tips for exploring, researching, and planning for transfer to POST institutions:

  • Connect with the university to learn about their programs and transfer admission requirements. 连接方式包括:

A Perspective from a Chabot student who transferred to a private out-of-state institution (西北大学，2016年秋季)

早点出发. Unlike UC or CSU transfer application, which is a single online application, the Common Application has many components which cannot be completed just by you, an applicant. To submit a couple of letters of recommendation, the College Report, the Transfer Mid-Term Report, the High School Transcript, the College Transcript, SAT/ACT test scores along with the online Common Application successfully, you need cooperation from “大学’s staffs and professors, your high school teachers, parents or 测试管理员，他们不在您的控制之下.... 我向你推荐一件事 to do in order to organize this application process is to make a checklist with deadlines.
