1. You must have a social security number.
2. You must complete all pre-requisites by December 31st of 的 application year.
3. You must take and pass 的 ATI 茶 with 62% Score

6. Official copy of transcripts from ALL colleges attended must be included in your electronic 应用程序包. How applicants are selected:

1. 的 nursing program accepts applications 一年只有一次. Each Fall, 40 applicants are selected.
2. Application opens November 1 until January 31 for 的 following incoming fall.
3. Applicants not selected may reapply 的 following year. 的re is no waiting list.
4. “大学 uses a “merit based” system. 的 Criterion Worksheet (subject to be updated) is a 100 point system based on 的se 7 categories requiring all supporting 文档ations:
   • 学位
   • 医疗保健经历
   • GPA in Science ( 7 year recency), fixed courses and Statistics
   • 生活经验
   • 军事
   • 第二语言
   • 茶分
5. 的 top 1/3 of qualified applicants will be entered into a random selection process and 40 applicants will be accepted. 的 remaining will be notified when a space becomes 可用.
6. Accepted applicants are required to review online mandatory orientation/information 在夏天. Verification of review must be submitted with 的 application.

English 1 or 1A: English Composition
Sociology 1: Introduction to Sociology
Psychology 1: Introduction to Psychology
Communications 1 or 10: Public Speaking or Inter人al Communication

的 following criteria applies to 的 Fixed Courses:

1.  Each course must have a grade of “C” or higher.
2.  的 “fixed courses” must be completed by 的 Fall prior to 的 申请年份. This means grades must appear on 的 official transcripts at 的 time on application. In progress grades are not accepted.
3. Upper division coursework will not be accepted for any pre-requisite (CLPC的CD Board 5016年政策)

* Only lower division undergraduate course are accepted to meet pre-requisites.

3. 茶 测试

1. 通过 茶 at Adjusted Individual Score 62%或更高.
2. An unofficial copy must be submitted with your application. 如果被录取，官方 test results from ATI 测试 must be submitted unless test is taken at “大学.

4. If you do not pass 的 茶 on your second attempt after remediation, you are not eligible for 的 “翠 护理 程序.
5. Only 的 first valid score will be accepted if you have taken 的 test multiple times.

4. 参加 a mandatory 护理 程序 会议信息. Proof of attendance is required with application materials.

额外的资源

• Comparable course from U.S. Regionally Accredited Colleges/Universities are accepted. Check 的 equivalency chart or see a counselor.
• Students who have attended college outside 的 United States must have transcripts evaluated by a National Association of Credential Evaluation Services (南汽) approved independent agency. 的 evaluation needs to include a course by course equivalency as well as indicating equivalency to an AA/AS degree or higher from a U.S. regionally accredited college or university.
• Students who process a BA/BS degree or higher from a U.S. Regionally Accredited College/University are exempt from “翠’s specific General Education and graduation requirements. EDC 66055.8 Students who do not have a BA/BS degree will need to complete “大学 AA/General Education and Graduation Requirements. See a counselor for assistance.
• First time applicants are encouraged to meet with a “大学 辅导员 for a review and evaluation of prerequisites.  You need to have a “大学 application on file in order to make an appointment.
• Official copy of transcripts from ALL colleges attended must be included in your application 包. If 的 college only offers electronic transcripts, please select “翠 and include a copy of order receipt with 的 application. If “翠 is not on 的 list of colleges you may send 的 transcript to

After-admission requirements

All admitted(selected) students are required to complete 的 following:

1. Maintain a grade of “C” at 75% or better in each nursing course for progression in 的 program and for an Associate in Science Degree in 护理.
2. 提交一个 背景调查 using a social security number; all students must have a social security card. A 背景调查 for 7 year felony/misdemeanor criminal conviction search is Hospital/Clinical requirement for all students.
3. 提交一个 urine drug screening test. All students are required to have ‘clear’ drug screen prior to program admittance. Positive results on any non-prescription drug will result in dismissal from 的 program. Additional information is 可用 in 的 Background Checks for Student Clinical Placement 文档.
4. Students are required to be current on 的ir immunizations. MMR滴度报告; Varicella, and Hep B are required. Annual Flu and a Covid Vaccine will be required and, in addition, students must complete TB testing (QuantiFERON-TB Gold and/or chest X-ray + Symptom Review Form), have a current TdaP and complete an N95 Mask fit test. 成本

Students are responsible for:

1. 程序 cost – approximately $8,000-$8,500
2. 成本s for uniforms, laboratory fees, necessary equipment and transportation to off-campus 位置.
